Ed's 65th Birthday Party

We should have taken more pictures but what can I say, we were having too much fun to worry about a camera!

Dan's Dad, Ed, turned 65 this year and his wife, Becky, had a blow-out bash at our house in his honor. The party was catered with fantastic food (smoked salmon was my favorite), a variety of wine and beer (finally I got to try my hand at bartending), Ed's favorite yellow cake with chocolate icing, and even a band - Scots on the Rocks - since Ed was born in Edinburgh, Scotland. Many family members from Jacksonville made the trip to help him celebrate and the party lasted until about midnight, complete with gift opening and yes, even the cops were called about the "noisy band"!!! Happy 65, Ed. Hope you had as much fun as we did!
