Life has been busy for us this past month as you can tell from the blog not being updated! Between Thanksgiving (which we spent in Jacksonville with Dan's Dad's family) and the end of football season, then getting ready for Christmas, somehow it is already December 17. We did manage to squeeze in a few visits from out-of-town friends and family, including Dan's Aunt Pat who we got to dine with earlier this week, and we look forward to seeing Dan's step-sister, Christi, and her family the week before Christmas.
We will be in Tallahassee for Christmas, I will volunteer at Grace Mission for their big Christmas Eve dinner, then we are heading to Mary Ann's (Dan's Mom) for cocktails, appetizers for the rest of the evening. Christmas Day will be spent lunching with my parents and Mary Ann, opening presents, of course, and then to Dan's Dad's house for dinner and more gift exchanging. It will be a full day but we are glad to be able to spend it with all the people in our lives who are so important to us.
We don't know how 2010 can already be on its way out, but are blessed with all we have been able to do and experience this past year. We hope all of our family and friends have a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
